Could I have an allergic reaction to chin implants?
Question: I am a 19-year-old female actor starting her modeling career. My last two headshots were good, but I want to stand out in my next interview. I have allergies to many textiles. To be sure I won’t have an allergic reaction, what types of materials are used to make chin implants?
Answer: Chin implants are made from materials that you really cannot have an allergy to and the ones that I personally use are made of firm silicone. They are flexible but hard and do not have any gel in them, so there is no chance of leakage and, overall, they are extremely safe, reliable, and tolerable by the patient, so there is really no reason to worry.
